We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, simply request a return through our Return Portal! We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. So, just follow below instructions for an easy return. 😊

RETURN PROCESS
    • Return request must be submitted 20 days from the order date
    • Visit our Return Portal for domestic returns & follow the steps
    • Once approved, you will receive an email with the label within 1 business day
    • Simply attach the label and drop off your package at USPS location/dropbox
    • Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

    RETURN LABEL FEE
      • Return label fee will be deducted accordingly from your refund
      • Return label will be charged at USPS weighted rate

    TIMING FOR A REFUND
      • When we receive your package, we will process the refund within 7 business days and email you this transaction has taken place
      • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, hence if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again

        • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
        • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
        • Shipping is not refundable
